Jhoven Fernandez

Jhoven has over 8 years of experience in community outreach and urban planning. As a Project Associate, Jhoven assists with research and outreach to residents and businesses. Jhoven has a B.A. in Urban Studies and Planning from the University of California, San Diego and is an expert in community outreach.

When Jhoven is not educating our neighborhoods, he enjoys traveling, interior design, and spending time with his cats.
